WE ARE
BALLYMORE
BALLYMORE
Ballymore Group is committed to delivering high-quality homes and has been for four decades. The family-owned business was started by CEO Sean Mulryan and his wife, Bernardine, in Ballymore Eustace in 1982.
Since then, the group has overseen thousands of homes in urban developments in Ireland and the UK. Ballymore’s projects are renowned for best-in-class design and innovation, winning 40 top industry awards in the last three years.
At Ballymore, we believe the most successful places are those that grow naturally from the communities around them. That’s why Mullingar felt like the right place for our next chapter, a town with strong traditions, a vibrant local culture, and a deep sense of connection among its people. Ballinderry Gardens is shaped by that spirit. Just minutes from the heart of Mullingar, and surrounded by schools, nature and everyday amenities, it offers families a chance to settle somewhere grounded, welcoming and full of promise. These are homes made for real lives, designed with care, built to last, and part of a neighbourhood that will grow with its community.
We’re proud to bring Ballinderry Gardens to life.

Homes built in the UK and Ireland in last five years
Ballymore is a leading property developer with a multi-award-winning portfolio of some of Europe’s largest and most transformative urban development and regeneration projects. We have completed over 9,000 homes and been awarded over 40 accolades in the UK and Ireland over the past five years.
2023 represents over 40 years in business for Ballymore and we intend to mark this milestone with significant investment in our UK and Irish business, a development pipeline with the potential for a further 15,000 homes. We’re also adding to our commercial, retail, and leisure portfolio, with around 4.5 million sq ft of commercial space within planning systems.
Ballymore’s Dublin City footprint will expand beyond our completed Dublin Landings project to our new Dublin Arch development in the north inner city and across the Liffey to Dublin 8 and the St James’s Gate development, where we are creating a visionary new neighbourhood at the Guinness brewery. Other current and upcoming Irish projects are planned for Bray, Malahide, Ashtown, and several residential developments in Co. Kildare.

“We remain 100% owned and managed by Sean Mulryan and family, who founded the business in Ireland, in 1982.”
